At PT central our philosophy is that we don't have a singular philosophy. You are unique, so we don't assume that the approach to your health and fitness needs are the same as anyone else's.
Our programming starts with understanding you as an individual. This entails understanding what you value, your temperament, your personality, and the realities of your life (time, work, kids, family, etc.). We want you to enjoy a life of health and movement - so we work with you on goals aligned with your purpose.
This focus comes from understanding the science of human behaviour, the philosophy of human nature, and how they interact with goal setting and motivation is what sets PT central apart.

Once we have developed a detailed understanding of you and your life, and helped you articulate meaningful goals, we use the latest information in the field of exercise science to help achieve those goals. Starting with a functional movement screen and metabolic analysis we will develop a tailored program and nutritional advice which will put you on the path to sustainable change.
This program will change as you change, and we'll coach you every step of the way!
With bachelors and masters degrees in sports science and sociology our trainers not only have the fitness knowledge to help you achieve your goals but the social awareness needed to create lasting sustainable change. Contact our staff to start your journey to a healthier self.
